Weather Delays
 
As we all know the weather in Calgary can change drastically with in a period of only a few hours. If you are not sure whether or not the lessons will be run then please check back on our website under the "Weather Delays" link to see what the final call is for the day. If you do not have access to the internet at the particular time, then please call our office line at (403) 969 - 5003 and listen to the voicemail message.
 
 
If it looks sunny out side then the lessons will proceed. If it is raining then the lessons are cancelled; however, be aware that it might not be raining in all parts of the city.
  • If the courts are wet enough that participants are at risk of getting hurt (slipping) or the balls might be too wet to bounce then the lesson is cancelled.
  • If the lesson gets rained out ¾ of the way through the lesson then there will be no make up for the remaining part of the lesson.
  • If the lesson gets rained out prior to the ¾ mark then the remaining part of the time will be made up at another time.
  • If the courts are wet enough that participants are at risk of getting hurt (slipping) or the balls might be too wet to bounce then the lesson is cancelled.
  • If the lesson gets rained out ¾ of the way through the lesson then there will be no make up for the remaining part of the lesson.

    Once again, you may check the website for the final call or you may give us a call on the office line. Please check what the final call is 45 minutes before the scheduled practise time, often the staff might be out of the office and might not be able to update the website, in such cases, please call as we are always able to update the voicemail message no matter where we are.
     
    For lessons cancelled due to rain, we will reschedule them at the end of the season/camps. You will be advised by e-mail.
